a) art. 29.2.j) LGT (integrity, preservation, accessibility, legibility, traceability and unalterability of the records);
b) the Regulation of Requirements for Billing Systems (RRSIF) approved by RD 1007/2023; and
c) the technical, functional and content specifications approved by Ministerial Order of development.

Furthermore, it is stated that this certification is recorded in writing and visibly within the system in each version and is delivered to the client/marketer with the product.
